PWC Rentals
We are approved by AMSA (Australian Maritime Safety Authority) to provide the hire of Jetskis (PWC's) to licensed individuals. We have our AMSA certificate of operation in check and all vessels are registered as domestic commercial vessels with a UVI (unique vessel identifier). We follow an AMSA approved safety management system for this service and all of our other services. Jetskis can be dangerous if proper care isn't taken while operating one.

Upon rental you are required to provide a valid PWC license issued from an Australian state.

Upon rental you are required to sign a waiver acknowledging you are aware of the dangers of operating a PWC and accept liability for any incident that may occur during the rental period unless it was caused due to baythrillshire gross negligence. This Waiver is included in the signing of our hire agreement.

Upon Rental you are required to sign and adhere to our SMS (safety management system) form - full comprehensive SMS available upon request at the time of rental.

In the event of an incident or emergency you are to contact the best point of contact in accordance with the severity of the incident, dial 000 or Call us, we have means in place to get out to you wherever you are in a timely manner.

All operators/passengers are fitted with an AMSA approved PFD (personal flotation device) and onboard is all the AMSA required safety gear + a waterproof bag tethered to the ski & a small first aid kit.

A $500 security deposit is to be paid upon commencement of rental period. This deposit is immediately refunded through an osko payment upon satisfactory return of the PWC.

We are working in the background to seek approval to rent PWC's without licenses along with other services but these approvals take time so bear with us - we're here to stay & grow
